1. Data controller
The final legal name, registration details, and service address of the FarmerDeck data controller must be confirmed by counsel before production publication. Requests are currently received at support@farmerdeck.com.
2. Data categories
Identity and contact, account and permission, transaction security, customer operations, farm records, support communications, marketing preferences, and subscription status may be processed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed for service delivery, security, support, finance, and communications based on contract performance, legal duties, establishment of rights, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
4. Transfers
Data may be shared with necessary hosting, database, email, monitoring, and payment providers, or competent authorities where legally required. International transfers are assessed under applicable KVKK safeguards.
5. Collection
Data is collected electronically through registration and product screens, support communications, technical logs, integrations, and consent choices.
6. Article 11 rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may ask whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion and notification, object to automated outcomes, and seek compensation. Send an identity-verifiable request to support@farmerdeck.com.
