1. Service scope
FarmerDeck is software for managing farm, field, crop, task, equipment, inventory, and finance records. It does not replace professional agricultural, legal, financial, or medical advice.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and reviewing activity under your account. Manager and team access is limited to the farms and permissions assigned by the farm owner.
3. Your data
You retain rights in the data you enter. We process it on your instructions to provide, secure, back up, and operate requested features.
- Do not upload personal data without a lawful basis.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Review important records and maintain appropriate exports.
4. Free and Pro plans
Free limits and Pro features are described in product and pricing screens. Material plan, quota, or price changes will be communicated before taking effect.
5. Availability and liability
We take reasonable measures to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Verify critical agricultural and financial decisions independently.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for security risks, abuse, or material breach. You may request account closure and exercise data rights through the application or support@farmerdeck.com.
