1. Data we process
We process account and contact details, authentication records, farm operations data, device and technical logs, support requests, and limited subscription status data. Full payment-card data is handled by the payment provider.
2. Purposes
We use data to provide the service, manage accounts and access, secure and troubleshoot the platform, deliver requested notifications, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics activates only after your explicit cookie choice.
3. Service providers
We may use providers for hosting, database, authentication, email, error monitoring, analytics, and payments. They receive only data required for their service under appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention and security
Data is retained as needed for the service and legal obligations. We use tenant isolation, access controls, encrypted transport, logging, and backups, while no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
